Download OpsArmours free on the Apple App Store at https://apps.apple.com/us/app/opsarmours/id6795286769. Requires iOS 15.0 or later. Accounts are created by your organization — there is no public sign-up.

What is this website for? Can I subscribe here?

This site is for product information, demos, and the interest list. You cannot create an employee account or subscribe here. Accounts are provisioned by your organization's manager. In-app billing is planned.

Can I manage multiple brands or companies in one account?

OpsArmours is multi-tenant: each organization is isolated. Managing multiple brands depends on how your tenancy is set up with us — ask during a demo.

Is my data stored in Canada?

Will I be able to export data for audits/payroll?

Yes. Attendance and clock logs can be exported to CSV/PDF from the app. Users can also download their own account data from Account → Data & Privacy.

Customers get onboarding help and a direct support channel at support@opsarmours.com. Specific pricing terms are confirmed in writing during sales.

How do you handle connectivity issues in remote sites?

The apps cache work data locally. Clock in/out, availability, and announcement reads can queue offline and sync when connection returns. Some scheduling and admin actions require an online connection.

Does OpsArmours track guards continuously on a map?

Accepted Answer

No. Location is captured only in the foreground at clock in/out on geofenced sites (and when a manager pins a site). See Privacy Policy §4.
