Why we built OpsArmours
We're a team of operation-tech and security professionals who realised that guard companies and multi-site security teams are still juggling spreadsheets, phone calls and paper logs — while audit risk mounts. We built OpsArmours to bring the same efficiency and visibility to front-line security that modern SaaS gives to every other function. Our platform includes geofenced time tracking, break monitoring, location tracking, employment verification letters, NFC/RFID patrols, and comprehensive real-time reporting.
Head-quartered in Canada, we designed the platform from day one for Canadian privacy laws, multi-tenant brand-groups and true operational scale. We believe your team deserves technology that gives clarity, rather than chaos.
Our mission: empower security operations with one platform, one workflow, zero excuses.
What We Built
OpsArmours is built with offline-first architecture using local caching and automatic sync when connectivity is restored. Real-time synchronization is powered by Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications and Supabase Realtime subscriptions for live data updates across all devices. Our multi-tenant architecture uses Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure complete data isolation between companies while supporting role-based access control for Guards, Supervisors, and Managers.
Every feature — from break tracking and location monitoring to employment letter workflows — works seamlessly offline and syncs automatically when back online. We've designed the platform to handle the realities of field operations where connectivity can be unreliable.
Team line / culture snippet
We love pens and lasers (for punch-in when remote), we love dashboards and real-time alerts, and we believe the guard in the field and the manager in the office should live in the same system. We're building for you.
Trust/Brand line
Built for Canadian standards. Ready for North American growth.
